1. GM – Oil & Gas
The General Manager (Oil & Gas) offers the strategic and operational aspects of upstream and midstream activities. His key areas of expertise include drilling programs management, reservoir development, and production optimization, liaising with government bodies to align operations with national policies and environmental standards.
2. GM – Renewable Energy
The General Manager (Renewable Energy) is leading BECL’s transition toward sustainable energy diversification. His key area of expertise includes Conceptualization and implementation of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, biomass, and hybrid models) and Identifying opportunities to integrate renewable solutions with oil and gas infrastructure (e.g., solar-powered rigs, hybrid power operations).
3. Geophysicist
The Geophysicist provides technical expertise to enhance exploration accuracy and reduce risks in subsurface resource evaluation. His key area of expertise includes conducting surveys and analyzing seismic data for identifying hydrocarbon-bearing structures, evaluating subsurface properties to guide drilling and production strategies.
